Terms of Service

1. Service description

PCI (Profit & Control Index) is a subscription service provided by White Sports Ventures LLC (“WSV”). Subscribers receive access to the PCI financial diagnostic, PCI score, 9 AI-powered monitoring agents, and related dashboards and reports. The service is described in detail at pci.whitesportsventures.com.

2. Subscription and billing

• PCI Pro costs $499 per month, billed monthly via Stripe.
• Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel.
• Cancel at any time through the Manage Billing portal in your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
• No refunds for partial billing periods.
• If payment fails, Stripe will retry automatically. We will notify you by email. After multiple failed attempts, your subscription may be suspended.

3. AI-generated output disclaimer

PCI agents use AI models (Anthropic Claude) to analyze your financial data and produce reports, scores, alerts, and recommendations. AI-generated outputs are advisory only and do not constitute professional financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.

You should independently verify all agent findings against your source financial records. WSV is not liable for business decisions made based on AI-generated analysis. PCI is a financial intelligence tool. It does not replace a CFO, CPA, or financial advisor.

4. Your data

You retain ownership of all financial data you provide to PCI (via QuickBooks connection, manual upload, or diagnostic responses). We use your data solely to deliver the PCI service. 5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use PCI to process data you are not authorized to access.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or bulk-extract agent outputs for resale.
• Submit deliberately false financial data to manipulate agent analysis.
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties.
• Use automated tools to spam agent interactions or API endpoints.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. PCI depends on third-party services (Stripe, Anthropic, QuickBooks, Cloudflare) whose availability is outside our control. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WSV’s total liability for any claim arising from or related to PCI is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 3 months preceding the claim. WSV is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or business opportunities.

8. Data deletion and export

You may request deletion or export of your data at any time by emailing jeremiah@whitesportventures.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days. Deletion includes your account, diagnostic submissions, agent history, and uploaded financial data. Stripe payment records are retained per Stripe’s policies.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers. Continued use of PCI after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
